The HI Jasper Hostel rebuild involved the installation of three modular buildings in Jasper, Alberta, including the main hostel and supporting residence buildings. The project required a coordinated plan for module delivery, crane access and installation across multiple building areas.

Raven worked with the project team to plan the setting sequence and provide the labour, supervision and equipment required for the site installation. The mountain location, multiple crane positions and delivery coordination made early logistics planning a critical part of the work.
