Raven Development Services is a specialized modular installation contractor serving projects across Western Canada. We provide the field leadership, skilled labour, equipment and planning required to turn factory-built modules into complete permanent buildings on site.

Our team brings hands-on experience across modular manufacturing, transportation, construction management and field installation. That broad understanding allows us to anticipate how decisions made at the factory, during transport or in preconstruction will affect the work at the crane and throughout complexing.

Our Focus

Raven’s primary focus is the installation of permanent commercial and institutional modular buildings, including hotels, apartments, housing, schools, hostels and other multi-module projects. We work as a specialized contractor alongside manufacturers, developers and general contractors rather than presenting ourselves as the building manufacturer.

Raven is led by a team with experience in construction management, modular construction, field operations and business development. Individual biographies should remain concise and focused on each person’s current role within the company.

Joel Taylor – Field Operations

Joel leads Raven’s field operations and brings more than [CONFIRM] years of construction experience. A Journeyperson Carpenter with extensive modular experience, he has supervised the installation and completion of permanent modular housing, accommodation, institutional and commercial projects. Joel’s focus is practical execution: planning the work, supporting Raven’s site leaders and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Rick Sutton – Business Administration

Rick oversees Raven’s business administration and contributes decades of management and modular-industry experience. His background includes leadership across manufacturing, transportation and site installation, giving Raven a broad perspective on the commercial and operational requirements of modular delivery.

Dylan Sutton – Business Development

Dylan supports Raven’s business development and client relationships. His background includes modular construction, project coordination, low-voltage systems, supply-chain management and marketing. He works with clients and project partners to identify opportunities and support projects from early discussion through execution.
